| Oblivious Octagon would have to be the most friendly and likeable person anyone could meet. Surrounded by a myriad of friends, yet deep down extremely lonely. Oblivious Octagon believes that no one could like an octagon. They are so unlikeable. Oblivious Octagon thought that it was better to remain safely secure inside a cocoon in the hope that no one will see the true Oblivious Octagon. Oblivious Octagon can't see colours but instead can only see the blacks and whites of the world. When we see the sky as blue Oblivious Octagon sees it as grey. When we see the grass as green Oblivious Octagon sees it as dying in the sunlight. Oblivious Octagon hides all this from the world. Not even best friend PolygonPat can see the pain Oblivious Octagon is going through. Why? But PolygonPat has an inkling that Oblivious Octagon is so sad and has decided to do what only a best friend can, to try and make Oblivious Octagon see some colours. Colours make the world seem brighter and colours make us see things in a new light and face a new day. Oblivious Octagon doesn't like the blacks and whites of life at the moment. Can you help Oblivious Octagon with some positive self esteem and not feel like a nobody? Help Oblivious Octagon see the colours and patterns of the world by joining the dots together to form patterns on the next page and then colour in your designs.
